Dr. Ayesha Bhonsle graduated from Drexel University with a major in Health Sciences and completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rutgers with academic excellence and distinction. She is an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist and certified Yoga Instructor with a specialty in pelvic health. Ayesha is trained in the Mckenzie Method and Herman and Wallace courses; she has a wide range of experiences from rehabilitation in the hospital setting to treatment of pediatrics in Guatemala on a volunteer mission. Ayesha’s favorite body parts to treat are the hips, lumbar spine and sacroiliac joints. In regards to pelvic health she treats men and women with pain, constipation, prolapse or incontinence. As a mother herself, she also enjoys treating pregnant and postpartum women. In her free time, Ayesha enjoys practicing yoga, weightlifting, spinning, and hanging with her dogs and family. She also has a travel bug and loves a good cup of coffee or a Netflix binge!
