Susan Rele, PT, Cert. MDT
Susan Rele graduated from the Physical Therapy program at Seth GS Medical College, Mumbai, India in 1985. Since then she has worked in several areas of physical therapy including Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, outpatient rehab at Kessler, inpatient rehab, homecare, and orthopedics. Susan is a long-time member of the American Physical Therapy Association and is a certified McKenzie Method therapist.
She founded AmeriCare Physical Therapy in 2005. She has helped patients using advanced manual therapy skills and techniques such as Maitland, Graston Technique and Kinesiotaping. She uses functional strength training techniques that enable her patients to return to sports, work, and everyday activities. She lives with her husband in Mountainside and has two grown daughters.
Zulay Espitaleta PT, DPT
Zulay joined AmeriCare Physical Therapy in March of 2014. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in September of 2011 from Touro College in New York. At Touro College, she was trained in manual therapy techniques such as McKenzie, PNF, Maitland and Mulligan. Dr. Espitaleta is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). She is currently pursuing her certification as an MDT McKenzie Spinal therapist. In her spare time, she enjoys spinning and taking long walks with her basset hound.
Harold G. Alaan PT, DPT
Harold joined AmeriCare Physical Therapy in April of 2014. He is an assistant professor at Union County Community College. Prior to this, he practiced as a clinical instructor for CentraState Medical Center in Freehold, New Jersey. Dr. Alaan is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association. He is a USA weightlifting sport performance coach and does golf injury assessments.
Jordan Seals, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Jordan joined AmeriCare Physical Therapy in the spring of 2014. He earned his degree in Exercise Science from Rutgers University in 2008 and furthered his education earning his Physical Therapy Assistant degree in 2013 from Union County College. In his spare time, Jordan enjoys going to the gym and researching new exercise techniques.
Rick Sierzega, ATC
Rick joined AmeriCare Physical Therapy in the spring of 2014. He earned his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Athletic training/Sports Medicine in May of 2013 from Towson University in Maryland. Rick continues to further his education in Athletic training on a regular basis by taking courses offered by the National Athletic Trainer’s Association. In his spare time, Rick enjoys playing golf and hockey.
Devon Grinnan, ATC
Devon joined AmeriCare Physical Therapy in the summer of 2014. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Athletic Training from Towson University in May of 2013. She continues to further her skills by taking continuing education courses in athletic training. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Nancy joined AmeriCare Physical Therapy in 2008. She has provided outstanding service to ensure that our patients’ billing needs are met and taken care of with ease. She looks forward to serving and assisting you with any concerns. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Patient Care Coordinator
Diana joined AmeriCare Physical Therapy in 2010. She has excellent experience in working with our staff to accommodate patient concerns from start to end of treatment. She looks forward to serving you while in our care. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and crafting.
Andrea joined AmeriCare Physical Therapy in the spring of 2014. She is currently a senior at the Academy of Allied Health and Science and hopes to pursue a career in the medical field. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family as well as playing volleyball.
